Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 30 ml honey or agave syrup
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 236 ml sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Extra strawberry and kiwi slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash and slice your fresh strawberries and kiwis.
  2. Blend the Fruit: In a blender, combine the strawberries, kiwis, honey (or agave), and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain (Optional): Use a fine mesh strainer to strain the mixture for a smoother drink, discarding the pulp.
  4. Combine with Sparkling Water: In a pitcher, mix your blended fruit mixture with the sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Build Your Mocktail: Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the fruity mixture over the ice until three-quarters full.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Top each glass with fresh mint leaves and additional fruit slices. Serve immediately.

Notes

Add more lime juice if the drink is too sweet, and serve right after mixing to preserve the fizz.
