  • 2 oz raspberry simple syrup
  • 4 oz sparkling water or club soda, chilled

Instructions

  1. Prepare your glasses by grabbing your favorite wine glasses or any fun tumblers you have around.
  2. Make the raspberry simple syrup by combining equal parts water and sugar in a saucepan with fresh raspberries, heating until syrupy.
  3. Chill your rosé and sparkling water in the fridge for at least an hour before preparing your spritzer.
  4. Combine 2 oz of raspberry simple syrup and 6 oz of chilled dry rosé in each glass, stirring to combine.
  5. Top each glass with 4 oz of sparkling water, gently stirring to mix.

  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a mint sprig.

Notes

For best results, add sparkling water right before serving to maintain fizz.
