Description

A delightful twist on classic lemonade, made with fresh peaches for a refreshing summer drink.


Ingredients

  • 4 large Ripe Peaches, chopped
  • 1 cup Sugar (or Sweetener)
  • 2 cups Water (Filtered)
  • 1/3 cup Lemon Juice (Freshly squeezed)
  • 1 whole Lemon, sliced
  • 1 whole Peach, sliced
  • A few Fresh Mint for garnish
  • As needed Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches: Wash, cut in half, and slice.
  2. Combine ingredients: Mix chopped peaches and sugar with 1 cup of water.
  3. Make peach syrup: Simmer mixture on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Blend to perfection: Add lemon juice and remaining water, then blend.
  5. Strain (optional): Use a fine-mesh sieve for clear lemonade.
  6. Chill out: Refrigerate the lemonade for at least one hour.
  7. Serve and garnish: Fill glasses with ice and pour lemonade, adding lemon and peach slices plus mint for garnish.

Notes

Feel free to experiment by adding other fruits or herbs.
