- 2 cups of coconut water (unsweetened, chilled)
- 1/2 cup of cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice (about 4–5 limes)
- 1/2 cup of non-alcoholic rum (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Shredded coconut (for rimming glasses, optional)
- Lime wedges (for garnish)
- Pineapple wedges (for garnish)
- Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Chill your ingredients: Make sure your pineapple juice and coconut water are nice and cold. Place your glasses in the freezer for about 15 minutes for a frosty touch.
- Prep your garnishes: Moisten the rim of glasses with lime and dip it into shredded coconut.
- Juice your limes: Squeeze them into a measuring cup until you have about 1/2 cup of juice.
- Mix the ingredients: In a pitcher, combine pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, and lime juice. Add non-alcoholic rum if desired.
- Taste and adjust: If too sweet, add more lime juice. If you want it creamier, add more cream of coconut.
- Serve on ice: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the punch over the top.
- Garnish generously: Top off with pineapple wedges, lime wedges, and maraschino cherries.
