Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the donut pan by greasing it with vegan butter or cooking spray.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, brown sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients: melted butter, pumpkin puree, oat milk, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
