Instructions

  1. Make the Lavender Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Add dried lavender, stir until dissolved, and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and strain.
  2. Juicing the Lemons: Cut lemons in half and juice them to get 1 cup of juice, removing any seeds.
  3. Mixing the Mocktail: In a pitcher, combine lemon juice and lavender syrup, then slowly add sparkling water, stirring gently.
  4. Ice It Up: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lavender lemonade over them.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Add lemon slices and lavender sprigs to each glass, then serve immediately.
