Description

Delightful and chewy Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies filled with creamy chocolate morsels and refreshing mint flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix
  • 1/2 cup creme de menthe baking chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • Eggs and butter (as directed on the sugar cookie mix package)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the contents of the sugar cookie mix with the mint extract in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the required eggs and softened butter, then mix until combined.
  4. Get a few drops of green food coloring and add to the mix, then combine.
  5. Fold in the creme de menthe baking chips gently.
  6. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between the cookies.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
