A quick and easy classic crispy club sandwich layered with savory fillings and served on toasted bread.
Ingredients

- 3 slices thick-cut white or whole wheat sandwich bread
- 4 strips thick-cut bacon, cooked until crispy
- 4 ounces thinly sliced deli turkey breast
- 3 ounces thinly sliced ham
- 2 slices sharp cheddar or Swiss cheese
- Crisp Romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- 1 medium ripe tomato, sliced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: pickles or avocado slices
Instructions
- Toast your bread slices until they’re golden brown and crisp.
- Cook the bacon strips until they’re nice and crispy.
- Grab one slice of toasted bread and start layering with mayonnaise, lettuce, turkey, cheese, and tomato.
- Top it off with bacon and ham, and add another slice of bread.
- Spread Dijon mustard on the second layer and repeat with lettuce, turkey, cheese, and tomato.
- Finish with the final slice of toasted bread.
- Slice your sandwich into quarters or halves and serve.
Notes
For additional flavor, brush the bread slices with olive oil before toasting.
