Description

A refreshing mocktail bursting with the flavors of strawberries, lime, and sparkling water, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 34 tablespoons honey (or more to taste)
  • 4 cups unsweetened sparkling water
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • 1/2 cup additional sliced strawberries, for garnish
  • 1 handful of fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries by rinsing and slicing them into half-inch pieces.
  2. Muddle the sliced strawberries and lime juice in a large glass or pitcher to release the juices.
  3. Sweeten with honey, adjusting the amount to taste.
  4. Add the sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
