Ingredients

- 3 Peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 ½-inch Piece Ginger, peeled and sliced
- ½ Cup Cane Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 5 Cups Cold Water
- Ice Cubes
- Fresh Cut Lemon Slices
Instructions
- Combine 3 sliced peaches, 1 ½-inch piece of sliced ginger, and ½ cup of cane sugar in a saucepan with 1 cup of water. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher.
- Mix in 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 5 cups of cold water.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh lemon and peach slices.
Notes
For a fizzy twist, use sparkling water instead of still water. You can also freeze peach slices in the ice cubes for added flair.
