Description
Crispy and creamy oven-fried feta rolls drizzled with a spicy chili honey sauce, perfect for impressing friends and family.

- 8 oz Feta Cheese
- 2 tbsp Dill
- 2 tbsp Mint
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
- 8 sheets Phyllo Pastry
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese and mix in the chopped dill, mint, and lemon zest.
- Lay out your phyllo sheets one at a time, keeping the rest covered with a damp cloth.
- Brush the top sheet with olive oil, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Place another sheet on top and brush with olive oil again. Repeat with a total of 4 sheets.
- Scoop about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling and place it on one end of the prepared phyllo.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Brush the top of the rolled feta roll with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- While baking, combine the honey and chili flakes in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle the warm chili honey over the rolls and serve them warm.
Notes
Great served with a light salad or Greek yogurt. Garnish with extra herbs for presentation.
