  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
  • Premade tart shells or homemade pastry
  • Caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare your tart shells by arranging premade shells in a muffin tin or rolling out homemade pastry and cutting into circles.
  2. Make the filling by combining pumpkin puree, eggs, heavy cream, pumpkin spice, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  3. Fill the tarts with the pumpkin mixture, filling them about three-quarters full.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce on top of cooled tarts before serving.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature for the best texture.

Notes
