Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 cups plant-based milk (like almond or soy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries by removing the green leafy tops and rinsing them under cold water.
  2. Toss the hulled and sliced strawberries into your blender and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar to the strawberry puree and blend for another 10-15 seconds.
  4. Pour in your plant-based milk and optional vanilla extract, then blend until smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a pitcher and let it chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the Vegan Korean Strawberry Milk in glasses, garnishing with fresh strawberry slices and mint.
