Description

A refreshing mocktail bursting with mixed berries, lime juice, and sparkling water, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water
  • 1 handful Ice Cubes
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep your berries by washing and slicing them if necessary.
  2. Muddle the mixed berries in a pitcher to release their juices.
  3. Mix in the fresh lime juice and honey or syrup, stirring well.
  4. Add sparkling water gently to maintain fizz.
  5. Serve over ice in glasses.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and additional berries if desired.
