Instructions

  1. Prepare your frozen mixed berries in a blender until slushy.
  2. Create the berry syrup by combining sugar, water, and berries in a saucepan and simmering.
  3. Mix the berry syrup with apple cider in a large pitcher.
  4. Add sparkling water and gently stir to maintain fizz.
  5. Assemble by scooping frosty berries into glasses and pouring the mixture over them.
  6. Garnish with extra berries and mint, then serve.

Notes

For a fun twist, add citrus juice or fresh herbs. You can also chill the glasses or use frozen apple cider cubes for extra cooling.
