- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Mix the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until well combined.
- Add in the fresh raspberries, folding gently.
- Layer half the brownie batter into the pan and spread the raspberry jam over it. Pour the remaining batter on top.
- Swirl the jam into the brownie batter with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool the brownies in the pan for 15-20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a twist, add chocolate chips or nuts to mix-ins. These brownies can be stored for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
