Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by dicing the pineapple and slicing the cucumber.
  2. Slice the cucumber thinly.
  3. Chop the red onion and cilantro.
  4. Mix the pineapple, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
