- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 1–2 loaves of baguette, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. dill weed seasoning
Instructions
- Prep the cream cheese mixture: In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the ranch mix: Once smooth, add the ranch dressing mix and stir thoroughly.
- Slice the cucumbers: Wash and slice cucumbers into ¼ inch thick rounds.
- Toast the baguette slices: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast the baguette rounds for 10-12 minutes.
- Assemble the bites: Spread the cream cheese mixture onto toasted baguette slices and top with cucumber slices.
- Final touch: Arrange on a platter and drizzle with extra ranch for flair.
