Description

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • ⅓ Cup Sugar

  • ½ Tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 2½ Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Zest and juice the lemons, straining out any seeds.
  2. Combine cream, sugar, salt, and zest in a medium saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add lemon juice and vanilla extract, then stir until the mixture thickens.
  4. Chill the mixture in serving cups for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve garnished with additional lemon zest or fresh berries.
