Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare your apples by peeling and chopping them into small chunks.

  3. Add the lemon juice and vanilla to the mixture and let it cool.
  4. Blend the mixture until smooth and adjust flavor if necessary.
  5. Chill the mixture in the freezer for 4-6 hours, stirring every hour.
  6. Scoop and serve the sorbet after letting it sit for 5-10 minutes.
