Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the sweetened shredded coconut, granulated sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk the egg whites and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until frothy.
  5. Pour the egg white mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until combined.
  6. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, keeping them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
