Description

Delightful Coconut Dream Bars that combine a buttery graham cracker base with a sweet, gooey coconut filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar in a large bowl.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Mix the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  6. Spread the coconut mixture over the pressed graham cracker base.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes
