Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup water (for the berry puree)
  • 2 cups lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh berries for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Berry Puree: In a blender, combine your mixed berries with the water and granulated sugar (if using). Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Mix with Lemonade: In a pitcher, pour in your berry puree and add the lemonade. Stir gently.
  3. Add the Fizz: Just before serving, slowly pour in the sparkling water and give it a light stir.
  4. Prepare the Glasses: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the berry lemonade mixture over them.
