  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple, Diced
  • 1 Avocado, Sliced
  • 4 Cups Mixed Greens
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat your chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes until done.
  4. Prepare the pineapple by grilling for 2-3 minutes on each side.
