Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by slicing the beef into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  3. Cook the sliced beef in a single layer for about 1-2 minutes, then stir until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
