Slow-Cooker Meatloaf with Sweet & Tangy Glaze
The easiest, juiciest meatloaf you’ll ever make – hands-off cooking for maximum comfort!
Ingredients
For the Meatloaf:
▢ 2 lbs ground beef *(80/20 blend for best juiciness)*
▢ 1 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
▢ 2 eggs
▢ ½ cup milk (any kind)
▢ ½ cup grated onion
▢ 2 tbsp ketchup
▢ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
▢ 1 tsp each: garlic powder, salt
▢ ½ tsp black pepper
For the Glaze:
▢ ¼ cup ketchup
▢ 2 tbsp brown sugar
▢ 1 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix & Shape:

In large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients – mix gently with hands until just combined.

Shape into a 9″ loaf on a sheet of foil.
2️⃣ Glaze & Cook:

Whisk glaze ingredients; spread over loaf.

Use foil to transfer meatloaf to slow cooker.

Cook on LOW 6-7 hrs or HIGH 3-4 hrs (until 160°F internally).
3️⃣ Serve:

Lift loaf out using foil. Rest 10 mins before slicing.

Spoon over extra glaze from cooker.
