Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1 ripe avocado, diced

¼ small red onion, finely chopped

Juice of 1 lime

2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (or mint/basil)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional: 1 small jalapeño, seeds removed and finely diced
Optional add-ins:

½ cup fresh corn kernels (grilled for extra flavor)

½ diced red bell pepper

Instructions
1. Prep Ingredients

Wash and dice strawberries.

Dice avocado, finely chop onion and cilantro.

If using jalapeño, remove seeds and dice finely.
2. Combine Gently

In a medium bowl, fold together strawberries, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using).

Add avocado last to minimize bruising.
3. Add Lime & Season

Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.

Fold gently to coat all ingredients.

Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust.
4. Optional Rest

Cover and refrigerate 10–15 minutes for flavors to meld. Serve immediately for best texture.
