Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly spray.

Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

Mix wet ingredients: Beat eggs and sugar 2-3 minutes until pale and creamy. Add pumpkin purée and vanilla.
