  • 3 tablespoons (45g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 25 tablespoons whole milk
  • 8 ounces (225g) dark, semi-sweet, or white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos by placing them in a food processor or a zip-top bag and using a rolling pin until finely ground.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and 2 tablespoons of milk until well combined.
  3. Roll about a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring frequently.
  6. Dunk each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, then return them to the parchment-lined tray.
  7. Add reserved crushed Oreos or toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
