Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded

4 soft pita breads or flatbreads

1 cup cucumber, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup shredded romaine lettuce or baby spinach

½ cup tzatziki sauce (served on the side)
Optional seasonings for chicken:

½ tsp dried oregano

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

A squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions

Prepare the chicken
If needed, season cooked chicken with oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Toss to combine. -
Prep the vegetables
Chop cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce. Set aside. -
Warm the pitas
Heat pitas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave (15–20 seconds) until soft and flexible. -
Assemble
Place lettuce in the center of each pita. Top with chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and feta. -
Pack and serve
Wrap pitas tightly in foil or parchment. Serve tzatziki on the side for dipping or drizzling just before eating.
