Light Parmesan Shrimp (Low-Carb & Extra Crispy)
Ready in 20 minutes | Oven or Air Fryer
Ingredients

1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined

½ cup almond flour (fine, not almond meal)

⅓ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder
-
¼ tsp smoked paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

2 large eggs, beaten

Olive oil spray or cooking spray

Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Prep

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment (lightly spray).
Coat
3. Pat shrimp very dry with paper towels.
4. In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. In another bowl, beat eggs.
6. Dip shrimp in egg, let excess drip off, then press into Parmesan mixture.
7. Place on pan in a single layer. Lightly spray tops with oil.
Cook

Oven: Bake 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and shrimp are opaque.

Air Fryer: Cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway (cook in batches if needed).

Rest 2–3 minutes before serving. Squeeze with lemon if desired.
