Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Melt cheese: Combine shredded cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-sec bursts until melted and smooth.

  3. Mix dough: Let cheese cool slightly, then mix in almond flour, baking powder, and 2 eggs. Knead until dough forms.
