- 8 oz Pasta (like rotini or penne)
- 2 cups Chopped Kale
- 1/4 cup Caesar Salad Dressing
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Croutons
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Lemon Wedges for Serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes). Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Prepare the Kale: Rinse and chop the kale into bite-sized pieces. Massage with olive oil and salt to soften.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and kale, add Caesar dressing and mix well.
- Add Cheese and Seasoning: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine.
