Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined (or swap: chicken or tofu)

8 oz smoked sausage, sliced (kielbasa, andouille, or turkey sausage)

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or thawed frozen)

4 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (or tamari for GF)

1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Brown the Sausage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high.

Add sausage slices; cook 4–5 mins until crispy. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add shrimp in a single layer.

Cook 2 mins per side until pink (don’t overcook!). Remove and set aside.

Sauté the Broccoli

Add broccoli + 2 tbsp water to the skillet.

Cook 4–5 mins, tossing often, until bright green and crisp-tender.

Bring It All Together

Return shrimp and sausage to the skillet.

Add garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Stir constantly for 2–3 mins until the sauce thickens into a glossy glaze.

Rest & Serve

Let sit 1 minute off heat. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions.

✅ Crispier Broccoli? Cover the skillet for 1 minute to steam.
✅ Sauce Too Thin? Simmer an extra minute or add 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with water.
✅ Spice It Up: Add red pepper flakes or sriracha with the garlic.
