- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a large bowl and pour the honey BBQ sauce over it. Toss to coat.
- Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in halves or quarters. Place them in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
- Spread the potatoes on one side of a lined baking sheet and place the chicken on the other side. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Once nearly done, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on the potatoes and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve on a platter and garnish with fresh parsley.
