⅓ cup dried cranberries (add after baking)
Instructions

Prep Oven & Pan
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, stir together oats, nuts, coconut (if using), cinnamon, and salt. -
Whisk Wet Mix
In a separate bowl, whisk coconut oil, maple syrup, and almond butter until smooth and glossy. -
Combine & Spread
