Ingredients
- Chicken pieces (drumsticks, thighs, or boneless breast)
- Cornstarch
- Garlic powder
- Ginger powder
- Black pepper
- Hot sauce (optional)
- Cooking oil spray (for air frying)
- Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
- Prep the chicken by washing and patting dry.
- Coat the chicken with a mixture of cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

- Air fry the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
