  • Hummus
  • Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • Whole Grain Crackers
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Quinoa or Brown Rice
  • Chicken or Turkey Slices
  • Dips (Salsa, Ranch, Yogurt-based)
  • Tortilla Wraps
  • Granola
  • Mini Pita Bread
  • Canned Tuna or Salmon
  • Seeds (Pumpkin or Sunflower)
  • Fresh Herbs (Basil, Cilantro)
  • Edamame
  • Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Lay out two slices of whole-grain bread.
  2. Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of nut butter evenly on one slice.
  3. Slice a banana into thin rounds and layer them over the nut butter.
  4. Top with the other slice and gently press down.
  5. Take a tortilla wrap and lay it flat.
  6. Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus across the surface.
  7. Lay down your favorite veggies in the center.
  8. Add a sprinkle of cheese and some herbs.
  9. Roll tightly from one end to the other.
  10. In a jar, layer 1 cup of cooked quinoa at the bottom.
  11. Add chopped cucumber and tomatoes.
  12. Sprinkle with feta cheese and spinach.
  13. Take mini pitas and cut them in half.
  14. Fill with chicken or turkey slices.
  15. Grab a mason jar and layer Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  16. Add a mix of fruits and sprinkle with granola.
