Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini or fusilli pasta
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Black pepper and salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add in your pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Chop the Veggies: Wash and chop romaine, slice cherry tomatoes, and grate Parmesan cheese.
  4. Make the Dressing: Whisk mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper together.
