Ingredients
• 1½ cups oat flour (certified gluten-free)

• ¼ cup + 1 tbsp melted coconut oil or 5 tbsp butter
• 2 large eggs (or flax eggs)
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
