  • 1 Cup Cooked and Seasoned Ground Beef
  • 1 Cup Crispy Tater Tots
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mexican Blend)
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Salsa
  • 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the ground beef in a skillet, mixing in taco seasoning and warming through.
  3. Add the crispy tater tots to the skillet and mix well.
  4. Mix in the shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Assemble the burritos with the beef and tater tot mixture, sour cream, and salsa.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas, placing them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Warm in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve with extra sour cream and salsa for dipping.
