- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced (grilled, rotisserie, or leftover)
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)
- Parmesan cheese, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare the Chicken: Season and cook chicken until golden brown. Let rest, then dice.
- Toss the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine pasta, chicken, and romaine; add Caesar dressing and toss.
- Add Croutons and Cheese: Fold in croutons and sprinkle with Parmesan just before serving.
