Ingredients
-
1 pkg (15 count) mini phyllo shells, thawed
-
4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
-
½ cup cranberry sauce (whole-berry or jellied)
-
Fresh rosemary or thyme, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Arrange phyllo shells on the sheet, spacing slightly apart.
-
Place 1 cube of brie into each shell.
-
Spoon 1 tsp cranberry sauce over each.
-
Bake 7–10 mins, until cheese is melted & bubbly, and phyllo edges are golden.
-
Garnish with rosemary or thyme if desired. Cool 1–2 mins before serving.
Notes
-
Slightly freeze brie before cubing for easier handling.
-
Avoid overfilling with cranberry to prevent sogginess.
-
Best served warm—reheat in the oven, not the microwave.
