Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (15 count) mini phyllo shells, thawed

  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes

  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (whole-berry or jellied)

  • Fresh rosemary or thyme, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Arrange phyllo shells on the sheet, spacing slightly apart.

  • Place 1 cube of brie into each shell.

  • Spoon 1 tsp cranberry sauce over each.

  • Bake 7–10 mins, until cheese is melted & bubbly, and phyllo edges are golden.

  • Garnish with rosemary or thyme if desired. Cool 1–2 mins before serving.

Notes

  • Slightly freeze brie before cubing for easier handling.

  • Avoid overfilling with cranberry to prevent sogginess.

  • Best served warm—reheat in the oven, not the microwave.
