Description

A creamy and comforting pasta dish featuring tender chicken, crispy bacon, and rich ranch dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne, fusilli, or rotini)
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook according to package directions until al dente.
  2. Cook the bacon: In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy, then place on a paper towel.
  3. Sauté the chicken: In the same skillet, add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Combine and add the sauce: Add cooked pasta and ranch dressing to the skillet and stir over low heat.
  5. Mix in bacon and cheese: Stir in crumbled bacon and cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Finish and serve: Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!

Notes

For a twist, use turkey or rotisserie chicken; for lighter options, consider Greek yogurt instead of ranch dressing.
