Ingredients

  • 4 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced

  • ½ cup cooked white or brown rice (or cauliflower rice)

  • ½ ripe avocado, diced

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
