Cheesy Veggie Ravioli Bake

Ingredients

▢ 20 oz refrigerated veggie ravioli (spinach or mushroom work great)
▢ 1 cup basil pesto (jarred or homemade)
▢ 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
▢ ¼ cup grated Parmesan
▢ ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
▢ Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish


Instructions

1️⃣ Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Boil ravioli 1 minute less than package directs. Drain well.

2️⃣ Assemble:

  • In a 9×13″ baking dish, toss ravioli with pesto.

  • Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Top with tomatoes.

3️⃣ Bake:
