Description

Tart green apples meet gooey caramel, silky white chocolate, and a candy bar crunch in this 10-minute, no-bake stunner. These Caramel Apple Nachos are everything you crave about a caramel apple, minus the dental hazard and sticky disaster. They’re fun to build, fast to devour, and endlessly customizable—perfect for parties, movie nights, or fall vibes on demand. Grab your platter, let’s drizzle some happiness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced

  • 1 cup Kraft caramels (or caramel bits)

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1 crushed Heath bar (or pretzels/toasted almonds)

Instructions

  1. Prep apples: Slice into wedges and soak briefly in lemon-water (1 tbsp lemon juice + 2 cups water) to prevent browning. Pat dry.

  2. Arrange slices: Fan out apples on a platter in a circular or layered pattern.

  3. Melt caramel: Microwave caramels + water in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.

  4. Melt white chocolate: Microwave in 15-second bursts, stir until smooth. Add ½ tsp oil if too thick.

  5. Drizzle: Spoon caramel and white chocolate over apples.

  6. Top: Scatter mini chocolate chips and crushed Heath bar over everything. Serve immediately!

Notes

  • Add crushed pretzels or granola for texture.

  • Vegan? Use coconut milk caramel and dairy-free chips.

  • Let guests DIY with a toppings bar!
