Cheese & Tater Tots:

  • 2 cups frozen tater tots

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles

  • Green onions or parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Prep Oven & Dish

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

2. Mix Chicken & Veggies

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and dressing.

  • Fold in celery, carrots, and optional butter.

3. Assemble Casserole

  • Spread chicken mixture evenly in the dish.

  • Arrange frozen tater tots on top in a single layer.

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tots.

4. Bake

  • Bake uncovered 25–30 minutes until tater tots are golden and cheese is melted.
