  • 2 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained & rinsed

  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Toppings (optional):

  • Avocado, cilantro, lime wedges, tortilla strips


Instructions

  1. Sauté Base (5 mins): In a large pot, heat oil. Add onion and sauté until soft.
