Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and turn off the heat. Let sit for 9-12 minutes. Ice bath after boiling.
- Gather your ingredients: Once cooled, peel and chop the eggs. Combine them in a bowl with cottage cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, and dill.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined to achieve a creamy mixture with a bit of chunkiness from the eggs.
- Let it chill for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator for the flavors to meld.
- Toast your bread or prepare lettuce leaves for serving.
